Millions of people work tirelessly behind the scenes to make great events happen. From the venue workers and stagehands, through the endless list of roles of those who prepare, to the musicians and performers, the show would not go on without their dedication and numerous hours devoted to live events and entertainment. While we were running on little sleep and thriving on a passion for this career, we found our love for coffee. This love developed into grinding our own coffee and testing out ways of brewing. It was only after buying our first small batch coffee roaster while in the thick of the pandemic and out of work due to the closing of most live events, that we found the need for a glimmer of hope we could all stand behind.
